Advance Payment

30–50% of survey fee required prior to mobilisation (new clients).

Payment Terms

14 days from invoice date. Bank transfer. EUR or PLN.

Cancellation

Less than 48h notice: 50% fee. Less than 24h notice: 100% fee.

Report Delivery

Standard: 48–72h after completion. Urgent (<24h): +30% surcharge.

Report Language

English (standard). Polish available on request.

Validity

This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Expenses

All travel, accommodation and subsistence costs are additional and invoiced at actual cost.

Liability

Urban Navis liability is limited to the value of the survey fee paid.

Acceptance
